Public Hearing On Water Draws 1,000

People fill the seats and stand along the walls for the Public Service Commission's first public hearing on evaluating the need for a new water supply for Rockland County. The public hearing is taking place at Clarkstown South High School. More than 100 people signed up to speak. Water expert Albert Appleton was the first speaker.
