Repeat Flasher Up to His Old Tricks: Cops
Frank Chillino arrested for public lewdness, again.
A man who has been arrested several times already for public indecency or lewdness is accused again, according to News 12 Hudson Valley.
Frank Chillino, 66, was arrested by Stony Point police on Friday after he was allegedly seen standing nude on the front steps of his home on Clark Road. This is the fourth time he has been charged with public lewdness.
The Rockland County Times called Chillino "the mad flasher of Stony Point" in 2015. In the past, he was charged with lewdness after purposely standing nude in front of his windows.
