Ribbon Cutting, Grand Opening Of Hudson Pizza Loft And The Expansion Of Bounce! Trampoline Sports
Join us for a grand opening and tasting of the new Hudson Pizza Loft upstairs at Bounce! Trampoline Sports Friday, February 12, Noon.
On Friday, February 12, one of Rockland’s newest businesses will open in Valley Cottage. Hudson Pizza Loft will open its doors directly upstairs from Bounce! Trampoline Sports at 612 Corporate Way. Hudson Pizza Loft will offer a dining option for families visiting Bounce! as well as employees of the Corporate Park where they are situated and anyone in the Valley Cottage and surrounding area. Hudson Pizza Loft even offers outdoor dining on their terrace.
Bounce! opened in 2011 and has employed more than 100 individuals in that time. They were the first indoor trampoline park in the New York metro area. Six months ago, thanks to brisk business, owner Mike Gross expanded taking an additional 3500 square feet and adding slam dunk basketball trampoline lanes and additional foam pits. In January they transformed an area in the facility to house a unique trampoline obstacle course, Bounce! Xtreme. Bounce! provides services for those with sensory issues and autism and continues to reinvent itself and maintain its position as a thriving Rockland business offering a healthy alternative for kids and adults alike.
In January of this year Bounce! partnered with Ben Javurek, another local business owner, to create the Hudson Pizza Loft, “A Slice Above” -- located directly above Bounce!, Hudson Pizza Loft will offer café style dining for Bounce! customers as well as employees in the surrounding corporate park and anyone looking for a new dining alternative in Valley Cottage. The Loft even has an outdoor terrace.

Ben Javurek has an extensive background in the restaurant industry and in addition to healthy alternatives like salad and specialty sandwiches, Hudson Pizza Loft will offer upscale menu choices in the near future in this NYC style café.
These two businesses, and their willingness to work together to build both brands and bring unique offerings to Rockland County, demonstrate why having a business in Rockland is a win/win situation for business owners and residents.
