Rockland TOR Resumes On Some Routes After Storm Subsides
However, some services are still suspended.
ROCKLAND COUNTY, NY — Rockland TOR is resuming service on most bus routes at 12:30 p.m., transportation officials announced.
The State of Emergency banning travel on all county and local roads for all but essential business which was issued by Rockland County Executive Ed Day for Monday was lifted at 7 a.m. Tuesday.
However, Loops 1, 2 and 3 are suspended until further notice, and due to road conditions TRIPS paratransit service is cancelled for Tuesday.

As TOR Nos. 59, 91, 92, 93, 94, 95 and 97 start back up, expect some delays, officials said.
Remember, passengers are asked to please have a face covering available before boarding the bus and wear it while onboard.
