Silver Rock Farm Celebrates 26 Years Of Summer Camp

UNIQUE SUMMER CAMP ON THE FARM!

Silver Rock Farm has provided a successful summer camp for the past 26 years. We focus on beginner and intermediate riders from the ages of 6–14. Our goal is to encourage confidence in our riders while improving their riding skills on all the horses they love and cherish. Camp is Tuesday through Friday, with a horse show every Friday to show off our new riding skills! Camper staff ratio 1 to 5!

Counselor in Training Program (CIT): This program caters to students ages 11-14. This program runs Monday through Friday.In order to qualify for this program, students must meet certain horsemanship requirements. A camper who does not ride at Silver Rock Farm must complete a qualifying test prior to the start of camp.

Infinity Equine Therapy is located on site, where riders with special needs enjoy the exhilaration of seeing the world from the back of a horse!

I.E.T. is a unique program committed to providing the benefits of equine-assisted recreational activities that are designed to meet the individual’s needs.

Silver Rock offers several Girl Scout programs including Horse Lovers (Girl Scout Heart Of The Hudson Exclusive), Junior Horseback Riding, and a great program for younger scouts for fun patches.

Silver Rock is proud to be a Horsemanship Merit Badge Councelor ! Individuals, Troops, and crews welcome!! Educational programs for Cub Scouts too!
