Spring Valley Man Accused Of Predatory Child Abuse

SPRING VALLEY, NY — A Rockland County resident is accused of child abuse in Sullivan County.

The New York State Police Child Abuse Unit arrested Luis A. Mendez Pinto on Wednesday.

The 35-year-old was charged with Predatory Sexual Assault of a Child, a felony, and sent to Sullivan County Jail until his next appearance in the Town of Thompson Court on Monday.
