Swan v Car: Police Rescue
Police in Rockland County were called out to an unusual accident site Sunday night.
The Ramapo Police Department was called out to an unusual accident site Sunday night. Officers found a large swan on Spook Rock Road.
"It appears that it may have been struck by a car and sustained a broken leg," they said on Facebook.
The officer on the scene worked with local wildlife experts to capture the swan and bring it to a veterinarian.
