25-Unit Apartment Building Sold In New Rochelle
The sale ensures the market remains strong and lucrative, according to real estate brokers.

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — Another apartment building in New Rochelle has been sold. A 25-unit rental building located at 2 Stonelea Place was purchased for $5.05 million.
Real estate broker Michael Nukho of NuRealty, who along with associate broker Lukasz Przybylek, represented both the buyer and the seller, said the sale ensures the market remains strong and lucrative, the Journal News reported.
In December, the former Halstead New Rochelle was sold for $259 million to Harbor Group International, a Virginia-based real estate and management firm.

The complex's new name is Skyline New Rochelle, and the sale was the most expensive real estate transaction in 2018 in Westchester County.
