Groundbreaking Held For New Apartment, Retail Complex In New Rochelle
The project is backed by Megalith Capital Management and and East & Hudson Real Estate.

NEW ROCHELLE, NY - New Rochelle officials and developers held a groundbreaking ceremony on Wednesday for a new 71-unit apartment building in downtown, co-developer Megalith Capital Management announced.
Megalith said that it is working on the project, called The Printhouse, in partnership with East & Hudson Real Estate, LLC.
The Printhouse will have six stories, with a mix of studio one-bedroom and two-bedroom rental units, Megalith noted, adding that seven of them will be marked for affordable housing.

The complex, which will be at 165 Huguenot St., will also have 3,000 square feet of ground-level retail space, Megalith added.
“We are excited to take part in the revitalization of downtown New Rochelle,” Megalith founder and CEO Sam Sidhu, Founder said in a statement. “We believe The Printhouse is uniquely positioned to provide tenants with the amenities of a luxury building at an affordable price with access to New York City in under 30 minutes.”

“This is another significant step forward for New Rochelle’s ambitious downtown development plan," New Rochelle Mayor Noam Bramson said in a statement. "I congratulate the team and look forward to The Printhouse taking its place in our city.”
Megalith also noted that financial assistance was given by the New Rochelle Industrial Development Agency (NRIDA).
