'Becky's New Car' Debuts Friday at North Fork Community Theatre
An opening night reception with wines by Raphael in Peconic will be held Friday at 7 p.m.

NORTH FORK, NY - The curtain is set to rise Friday on another jewel in the North Fork Community Theatre's treasure chest of shows.
"Becky's New Car," a "comedy with serious overtones" by Steven Dietz, will be presented Friday, Saturday and Sunday, as well as March 11, 12,13, 18, 19 and 20.
According to a description in a NFCT release, the show centers on "middle-aged Becky Foster, stuck in middle management and a humdrum marriage, who suddenly finds herself with a new lease on life. Ride along with her as she explores the road not taken."

The show is directed by Bob Kaplan and produced by Susan McCabe.
NFCT's cast includes Scott Butler, Catherine Maloney, Matthew Orr, Marissa Russo, Lon Shomer, Alan Stewart and Marguerite Volonts.

Show times are Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m. and Sundays at 2:30 p.m.Tickets cost $15 or $12 for student rush seats 10 minutes before curtain. An opening-night reception with Raphael wine tastings at 7 p.m. will be held Friday.
