SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 10th {2019) ~ Folks could join Franklin Hill Perrell, co-curator of the-then-upcoming exhibition The Seasons at the Nassau County Museum of Art, Joyce Beckenstein, art critic/writer, and artists Glen Hansen, Cliff Baldwin and Adam Straus - for a raucous discussion that connected-the-dots about the legendary TV painter BOB ROSS as well as providing enlightenment about the ALL ABOUT BOB exhibition. The discussion centered on what it is that makes BOB ROSS an artist of such high or low regard – depending on which “perch” one is looking from and the controversial nature of his legacy in terms of the world of high art. Learn about what inspired this exhibition – and how the individual artists decided to respond. Refreshments were served.
