Man Charged With DWI After Mattituck Crash: Police
He was treated for minor injuries, police say.
MATTITUCK, NY — A man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after a Mattituck crash early Saturday, police said.
According to Southold Police, Rony Giron-Rodrigues, 22, of Mattituck, was arrested at 1:58 a.m. on Route 25 and charged with DWI, first offense, after the single-vehicle crash.
Giron-Rodrigues was transported to Eastern Long Island Hospital for treatment of minor injuries and then transported to Southold police headquarters, where he was processed and held for arraignment, police said.
