The plans for Won Doo Mack Farm's property in Hamptonburgh include the construction of four hut-style greenhouses to start, according to documents filed with the Town of Hamptonburgh Planning Board. The greenhouses are specifically for the cucumbers, which need to be protected from wind and kept warm, Hong said.

The Hongs eventually plan to build an additional 20 greenhouses, according to the site plan.
