Country Corner Luncheonette became adjacent to what became North Fork Roasting Company. ~ The Hunsteins sold Country Corner Luncheonette to JenniLee Morris AND THEN JenniLee Morris is now running North Fork Roasting Company {adjacent to Country Corner Luncheonette}. The new owner of Country Corner Luncheonette became Martin Lynch.

NORTH FORK ROASTING COMPANY is a true specialty-of-a-place as this establishment DOES NOT serve a special tea. Cups may happen to run-over but they are filled with some truly exciting flavors of coffee that actually are distinguished.
"REGULAR-ly" {"so-to-have-JUST-been-typeset-by-ME"} Jenni Lee Morris "books" gigs to be held outdoors on-the-lawn around her business.
I attended IONA College and would head to BUMPERS {bar} on North Avenue just "write"-out the front of campus then down a few blocks. My friends Chuck Ramik & Rick Loeht had a tribute-band together they called themselves "TWO" -&- were joined by drummer Mike Kuntz. "Rick was the floor-manager of the IONA College GAELS basketball team -&- Jim Valvano was the GAELS' renown coach.
