Savory Sunday, Locals Helping Locals

First and South to host the 2nd Southold Lions Club Savory Sunday on 01/06/2019.

Savory Sunday will ring in the new year at First and South!

Savory Sunday is a new fundraiser created by Southold Lions Club members Karyn Cooper (secretary) and Breana Cochran (director). Southold Lions Club is a community service 501(c)4 non-profit organization. "Our goal is to help our local community, as well as communities around the world when needed. All the members are volunteers, which means that any money raised from the public is donated back to the public, through various service projects. Savory Sunday was started as a way for us to raise money so we are able to help our local community, while also helping bring business to local restaurants," said Mrs. Cochran. Mrs. Cooper catch-phrased it, "Locals helping locals."
