Woman Charged With DWI After Crashing Into Parked Vehicle: Police
The woman crashed into a vehicle parked at the Feather Hill shopping center in Southold, police say.
SOUTHOLD, NY — A Mattituck woman was arrested charged with driving while intoxicated after she crashed into a parked vehicle in Southold, police said.
According to Southold Town Police, the crash took place on Wednesday at 10:10 a.m. in the Feather Hill shopping center on Main Road in Southold when Joann DeAngelo, 68, crashed into the parked vehicle.
She was found to be intoxicated, charged with DWI, first offense, transported to police headquarters and held for morning arraignment, police said.
