Woman Charged With DWI, Driving Without Interlock Device: PD
She has had a prior driving while intoxicated conviction in the past 10 years, police say.
CUTCHOGUE, NY — A Cutchogue woman was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated Monday, police said.
According to Southold Town Police, Susan Langenfass, 56, was arrested at 4:16 p.m. on Eugene's Road in Cutchogue and charged with aggravated DWI; DWI, previous conviction within 10 years; driving without a license; operating a motor vehicle without an interlock device; and aggravated unlicensed operation, alcohol, police said.
Langenfass was stopped while driving a 2012 Dodge Caravan after it was reported to police that she left a residence in Cutchogue in an intoxicated condition after getting into a confrontation with a person there, authorities said.

Langenfass was located driving eastbound on New York State Route 25, where she was stopped, found to be intoxicated, and placed under arrest, police said.
Langenfass was transported to Southold Town Police headquarters, processed, and held for arraignment; her vehicle was seized, per Suffolk County Law, for a prior DWI conviction, police said.
