4 Town Of Huntington Shops Sold E-Liquid Nicotine To Minors: PD

Employees at four businesses in the Town of Huntington were arrested for selling e-liquid nicotine to minors on Saturday, police say.
An investigation into the sale of e-liquid nicotine to minors was conducted at 10 businesses in response to community complaints, police say.
Four of those businesses were found to be in violation and four employees at those respective businesses were arrested and charged with second-degree unlawfully dealing with a child:

- Sandipkumar Bhatiya, 42, of Ronkonkoma, employed at Mr. Tobacco Shop II, located at 2031 East Jericho Turnpike in East Northport
- Joanna Oh, 25, of Malverne, employed at Whatever Vape Shop, located at 675 East Jericho Turnpike in Huntington Station
- Diville Moss, 20, of Smithtown, employed at East Coast Psychedelics, located at 6124 East Jericho Turnpike in Commack
- Dean Papas, 34, of South Huntington, employed at Huntington Village Vapes, located at 4 Elm Street in Huntington
The owners of the above businesses were issued a notice of violation by the Suffolk County Department of Health.

Police say the below businesses complied, and refused the sale of e-liquid nicotine to minors:
- FMS Vapes, located at 825 Walt Whitman Road in Melville
- Long Island Vape, located at 469A East Jericho Turnpike in Huntington Station
- Gotham Smoke & Novelty Shop, located at 681 East Jericho Turnpike in Huntington Station
- Karma Vapes, located at 217 Walt Whitman Road in Huntington Station
- Abbey Road Tobacco & Vapor, located at 63 Larkfield Road in East Northport
- Liquid Lyfe Vapor Shop, located at 6160 E. Jericho Turnpike in Commack
