- Rooftop bar at Skipper's Pub

- Korean BBQ (to replace Benkei, which closed)

- Ground Round-styled restaurant
- Beer garden
- High-end seafood restaurant

Northport residents were vocal about businesses they'd like to see added to the community. Quite possibly most in demand is a rooftop bar where people can overlook the beautiful Northport Harbor while enjoying a drink. Many want cuisine inspired by cultures such as German, Cuban and others that are underrepresented. Some want additional entertainment: places where friends or families can go and have a good time.
