Capitol Projects over Women's Earnings Equality in NYS-again.
Maryann Maltese; a Women's advocate -has an outstanding Earnings Equality Matter with her Former Employer NYS Legislature
Maryann Maltese, a Tenured Inactive Legislative Staff for the NYS Legislature for 18.5 years is entitled to Corrective Employment Earnings from the NYS Legislature. As the 2020 Clock ticks down-Governor Cuomo has not set the agenda straight for Women of New York State. Women do not have Earnings Equality in State Law-and because of such measures not existing. in State Code-Employers at Large can still underpay Females in the Employment Sector.
The New NYS $15.00 Minimum wage Law that takes full implementation in January 2021-does not include Earnings Equality aspects for Women to receive full earnings for their Potential within their Employment Contracts. In 2014-the Governor-passed his State Budget with broad based language that stated Women of NYS Legislature who received Employment Contracts in Violation of Employment Laws would receive Corrective Earnings. That aspect is included in New York State's Budget of 2014-2017-but issuance aspects have not been administered to Women who are entitled to these corrective earnings. Maryann Maltese; a tenured Communications Downstate Regional Manager and Chief of Staff for the NYS Legislature is one of these Employees entitled to Corrective Earnings.
In doing so-Maryann Maltese Earnings Equality Law will provide Women with Earnings' Equality. In 2020-Maryann Maltese announced her candidacy for New York State Assembly 12th AD-but was denied access to the Election Ballot. That action-does not permit NYS as the Employer to negate from their required review of Maryann Maltese's public notice to NYS Legislature to review her Employment Service and issue Corrective Earnings. Moratorium aspects of NYS not reviewing present employment contracts or issuances of raises to "active staff" does not grant NYS to not review "Inactive Staff's" corrective earnings claims. Maryann put NYS Legislature on Notice over 6 months ago and No Male Employee has waited 7 years for review in Inactive Status. It's almost on treason level between Public Officers to keep them at "arms length" and not full-fill Employment requirements or the review/issuance of Corrective earnings.

As the Governor is in charge due to State of Emergency in effect-Executive Order-for Employees-such as Maryann Maltese in inactive status-tenured-who provided evidence to NYS supporting her claims and holds the state record for voter approval aspects for the state at large-that's 125 Assembly Districts at 74% approval ratings-means that Maryann is the Employee that Andrew Cuomo referred to in New York State's Budget's of 2014-2017. Issuance aspects now must be met by NYS as the Employer-effective immediately-State of Emergency doesn't permit NYS to stop business-clearly the Governor just 1 hour ago-held a Press Conference in NYC concerning Penn Station.
As NYC gets ready to drop the 2021 Ball ringing in the New Year-this year 2020 being the 100th Anniversary year of Women's Right to vote is the year to Mark-Earnings Equality for Women! It's not 2021; its the 100th Anniversary Year; Women such as myself-carrying the Oath of Office for NYS Legislature and Elected's for 33 years-is the example of the Woman who is entitled to corrective earnings issuance by Executive Order. Inactive Employment Status with NYS Legislature demands that NYS as an Employer follow through on it's own Rules of Process on Employment.

The sparkle of the Northport Flake and the fact that Suffolk County has systematically discriminated against Women; it's right and just for the Governor to Mark the territory that Women's earnings equality is valid in State Code before Year's End. That's the message for Women-to set them free-and to ensure that New Employment Contracts issued for the New Year 2021 provides Women with Earnings Equality. Now that Mark's a Leader.
As the Governor and his Executive team travel around NYS for the next 24 hours praising or acknowledging projects-join me in encouraging the Governor to Implement Earnings Equality-the issuance of Maryann Maltese's Corrective Earnings-is the example to base the Corrective earnings on.
