Convicted Felons Right to Vote before Maltese Earnings Intro.
Governor Cuomo just signed into law granting convicted Felons Voter rights to register to vote superseding Women's Earnings Equality NYS

Maryann Maltese, a NYS Public Employee asking her Employer to introduce retroactive employee corrective bill introduction the process and procedure for Public Employees to receive when Employer Fault is noted-has not been introduced yet this 2021 Legislative Session.
Governor Andrew Cuomo has the Balls-the Chutspah; to sign into law a bill granting Felons the right to vote before introducing within his Executive Chamber the qualifying bill language for the Maryann Maltese Law. The Governor could have veto this one and then; took the Stand to introduce Employee Corrective aspects for the Victims of Felon Legislators. Sexual Assault, Sexual Harassment and Employment Discrimination-that's the BIG 3 we call "Employer Violations" and in NYS we don't the toughest law in state code in 2021. We have watered down bill introductions to smack these Legislators on the hand and then; Judicial determined to GRANT them the right to their Retirement.
The Maryann Maltese Law is to grant females of Sexual Assault inside the Legislature our rightful employee compensations added in to our Tenure of Service within employment. We do not have Employer-Employee Statutory protections of the Big 3. In March 2020, Maryann Maltese; a decorative NYS Public Officer after Assault events of 1991; reentered service- tenure of 1994-2013 additional service is entitled to employee procedural aspects of Public Service Employment Law Corrections-but NYS is drawing the line of differences between Men and Women State Legislative Officers in the Same Employment Roles. These men I worked along side-I respect them; but I'm being disrespected. Our Oath is the Same as the Legislator-that means I'm I/2 step below them-and your offices haven't introduced (Majority and Minority Leaderships).

The Legislature is out of line and order; the Oath is to Fellow Officers first-the fact that the Governor today has the Balls to sign into law a "Right" for a Felon to vote, before "MY Rights as a Law Abiding Employee"-is a lynching at the highest level. The same 30 year later All Boys Club Policy Makers Only thoughtlessness -now; forgiveness felon program for who-Former Released Convicted Leaders of NYS to cast their votes in 2022-these are the role models-Cuomo look to by signing that law today. Who in their right mind as State Policy Makers believes that Convicted Felons rights are above Law abiding Female State Public Employee Rights to our Employment Benefits? Andrew Cuomo does and any other NYS Public Officer that doesn't have the Right set of Chutspah-a Set-to stand up and say-this isn't the right Employer-Employee Relation Policy to Sign first. I'm not in state service actively-so Chutspah is the right word.
Join me in demanding that NYS Legislative houses introduce the Maryann Maltese Law immediately-it's so barbaric and infantile on the end of the Governor to believe that Felon Rights are above our Own Female Law Abiding Staff.
