ICYMI: East Northport Residents Fundraising To Light Up Community
Check out this story from earlier in the week on Northport Patch.

EAST NORTHPORT, NY — East Northport residents are doing whatever they can to ensure their community is as cheerful as possible during the holidays.
The East Northport Chamber of Commerce was unable to secure funding for holiday lights this season due to the lack of fundraising opportunities as a result of social distancing protocols brought by the coronavirus pandemic. Debbie Brazier, a resident and member of the East Northport Moms Group on Facebook, launched a GoFundMe to raise money towards decorating Larkfield Road.
The lights cost $20,000 to rent for the season, though Brazier is hoping to raise $8,000. As of Thursday afternoon, $2,320 has been donated.
