As Asharoken Beach celebrates tonight's Gucci's Firework Display; celebrating American's Independence-a Major aspect of State Equality in NYS is still not Legislated-Procedural Process and Measures to assist Victims of Earnings Equality to file Complaints.

During my tenure; we introduced and enacted Hundreds of pieces of Legislation that are Pro-Employee; both Patronage and Union Staff. To find myself now; in a discriminatory biased based situation with NYS Legislature as my Employer; is a Lynching or a Hanging. Has anyone noticed the Historical Makamah Pillones-once used as a Prisoner Device to torment those Clergy deemed were in Code Violations; until they repent for sins. I don't believe in Corporal Punishment for non-hate crimes which; women were often subjected to Corporal Punishment before the Declaration of Human Civil Rights was incorporated. For over one decade; Governor Cuomo has intentionally reduced Employee rights by pushing Women to leave service; and in creation of 2 new Public Employment Tiers; 5 and 6 within State Legislative and Executive Staff. Instead of managing and outlining ways to make Public Employment Better; NYS has chosen to penalize Staff in creation of New Employment Tiers; which in essence require more Output for Less Earnings.-A form of Lynching. Petitioning for the 2022 Election is next year; but State Lines for District Races will change and Numbers of Districts will change-it occurs every 10 years. I live on the State Senate Line-how about You?

As I mentioned; it's 36 months of Non-Employer Responses For me and for 60 years Male State Legislators in this region have consistently voted against Me; and Women's Equality in NYS. Women; we are educated here; please take note of exactly where your State Legislator is in Supporting the Cause; many speak Rhetoric daily supplied by no Legislative action. (these three mens Gaughran, Brown, Mattera) are presently in that Non-Assistance Category; as we are MUTUALS as Officers of the Shield. Leaving me in Harms Way without my Additional Earnings-to help them with their Own Races-A bold Statement-but the Truth. I'm about Pro-Activity not Reacting-that's the Campaign Promise. I approached NYS long before COVID 19 State of Emergency (December 2019); and even then-Staff Matters that Require Urgent Need were not introduced-we, as staff are not under any Moratorium Rule Base-so non-introduction is Personally Driven; Unjustified and Unethical.
