Maltese votes in favor the School Board 2021 Budget Vote
NYS Assembly District takes in 8 Public School Districts-each have different need base items-but ultimately NYS needs to step up Funding.
Congratulations to the School Board Budget Approval Vote that is the needed supplemental aspects for State Budget Deficit matters. U.S. Senator Charles Schumer-bailed out Long Island Region with a "direct line item Budget Item" to ensure the smoothest transition from COVID Parameters to back in the classroom platforms.
I have 30 years of State Policy Creation aspects within Education and Special Education Needs. Universal Pre-Kindergarten was formulated by professionals like myself advocating and implementing direct program matters for NYS. It's 25 years later and the creation of UPK has evolved in to bigger and better things. Maryann Maltese is UFT Scholar and has dedicated her State Legislative Career to Children and Educational Matters.
I'm once again seeking Statewide office in 2022 because Election EO non-extender rules of procedure were not granted by NYS Board of Elections-and Suffolk State Supreme Court denied my filed Election Law Complaint seeking the "extension of time granted to every Party Candidate in NYS as well as Last Year's School Board Election". Last year-your Former State Senator John Flanagan resigned on Long Island's School Budget Vote 2020. To me-after that form of tenured service-is a slap in the face to every supporter of the former Senator-and it granted a Different Election time frame for the 2nd State Senate District to Schedule that Election. Those candidates were Hand Selected by Suffolk County Party Chairpersons and no "Petitioning" aspects by registered voters were collected.

This year-the U.S. Census will direct the redrawing of State wide NYS Assembly and NYS Senate Seats-perhaps reducing a NYS Assembly Seat as well-beyond Congressional. I live on the State Senate Lines of the 2nd and 5th Senate District and that could determine Elections going forward. No matter what-I will run against one these individuals; Senator James Gaughran, Senator Mario Mattera or Assemblyman Keith Brown. Each of them-in my former NYS Employment capacity of 1994-2013 denied Maryann Maltese- Employee Right of Legislative Introduction-to correct Employer based Fault on the end of NYS Legislature. What are the faults of the Employer; Public Service-CIVIL Service right to Bill introduction and the Employer not managing former Sexual Assault Matters by 2 Former State Legislators; One a Republican and One a Democrat-but actions well documented in Albany.
It's intolerable that NYS Legislature and it's agents of the Legislature-NYS Senators and NYS AssemblyMembers (Gaughran, Brown, Stern, Mattera) violating their Oath of Office in Non-Introduction of Public Service Employer-Employee Legislation for Maryann Maltese as an Employee such as themselves. The role of State Policy Makers is to introduce State Policy need based Legislative relief for Employees when "there is" Employer Violation. In my 30 years of Service-I never utilized the State Office (District Office) to Reject an Employee or Retiree their Fairness in NYS Public Service Bill Introduction. Why NYS Regional Policy Makers have chosen to state their Overall Support for Outside Victims of Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment-and Not facilitate Individual Bill Introduction for Fellow NYS Public Officer, Maryann Maltese-is JCOPE Violations and demonstrates that these State Elected's have violated their Oath.

Additionally, Maryann Maltese; worked with Legislative Task Force that created the State's 529 College Savings Accounts-demonstrating Maryann's understanding of how working families in State and Municipal Services-saves for their Children's Futures. Each of Maryann Maltese's adult children graduated with Honors and attended College on Scholarship based entrances.
To express your support for the Passage of the Maryann Maltese Law before the end of 2021 Legislative Session-June 9, 2021-which is Non-Statewide Election time to further cloud the matter by Political Operatives-please contact your State Elected Officials; Senator James Gaughran, Senator Mario Mattera, Assemblyman Keith Brown and Assemblyman Steve Stern.
