Northport Chamber Of Commerce Collecting Coats & Other Winterwear

The chamber is slated to run "Operation Warmth" for a two-week period in January. Here's how to donate to children and adults in need.

NORTHPORT, NY — The Northport Chamber of Commerce is slated to begin its 18th annual "Operation Warmth" event on Friday. The coat and jacket drive will run through Jan. 22.

The chamber is collecting gently-used and clean warm jackets, coats, hats, gloves and scarves. The garments will be distributed to adults and children in need.
