Northport Coronavirus Update: 82 Confirmed Cases
Here's a look at the latest coronavirus numbers in Northport and Suffolk County.
NORTHPORT, NY—The number of people in Northport with the coronavirus, which causes the disease COVID-19, currently stands at 82 as of Monday afternoon. To date, there are 41,390 confirmed cases in Suffolk County.
For the second time in more than two weeks, Suffolk County Executive Steve Bellone said there have been no coronavirus-related deaths in the county.
"I do hope and pray that it will not be another 17 days for me to report zero deaths again," Bellone said. "Hopefully, we will continue to see, moving forward, that no one else has died."
