Northport Students Use YouTube to Send Anti-Drug Message

Northport High School students are taking anti-drug and alcohol messages to YouTube to encourage parents to talk to their children about abusing substances.

Members of the school's Students Against Destructive Decisions club created the video and presented it to Suffolk County Legis. Rob Trotta and his office during the January meeting Northport School District’s Drug and Alcohol Task Force.

The students wrote the script, filmed, edited and starred in the short video under the supervision of two teachers.
