NYE NYS Style-Women are still without Earnings Equality in NYS!

NYS As an Employer; has not adhered to their own State Budget Passages from 2014-2017-issuing and providing corrective earnings.

The Late Assemblywoman Eileen C. Dugan with my daughter 3 weeks old in District Office for the NYS Legislature. Women were entitled to 6 weeks maternity leave then-as women we work hard-double to demonstrate Leadership!

As the Electorate voted in Joe Biden and Kamala Harris-(congratulations)-but-Federally speaking-Women have equality-but Women Employed in NYS Government; Women do not have State Law Earnings Equality. It's math and equation to solve-but the roots of I have been lingering for over 100 years. 2020-is the 100th Anniversary Year of A Women's Right to Vote-it's the most important Women's movement aspect in over 100 years-and in NYS-one of the largest populations of Employment-has not Implemented what is necessary for Women in he Employment Force-Equality of Earnings. Law's have been passed-such as NYS's $15.00 Minimum Wage Increase-but there is noting in that New State Hourly Wage to "require" that women are treated equally in the Labor Force who take on Full Time Employment Roles and there is not aspects of Corrective Earnings Language NYS as an Employer MUST adhere too. In essence-because NYS on New Year's Eve of our Right to Vote-they have once again Left Women to the Mercy of Other's at Large within the Employment Arenas.

What that means is that the Federal Labor Law Protections requiring Employers who hire or have at least 50 employees any given annual year-still do not have to offer Earnings Equality of Employment in NYS. Did you hear me NYS? NYS is one of the Largest Employers for Women-and NYS as the Employer is sitting back once again on the issuance of Employment earnings that I or others; already rendered.

Maryann Maltese, an 18 year Veteran Regional Communications Manager for the Downstate Region and Chief of Staff for Legislators in the NYS Assembly and NYS Senate-has been vocal on her advocacy encouraging NYS as an employer to follow through on implementation required Executive Order or Legislative language to issue Earnings Employment Equality. NYS-as the Employer simply has not followed through as an Employer to finalize Legislative aspects Governor Andrew Cuomo stated in 201-and the State of NYS included such "grounds Language" within their 2015-2017 Women's Agenda Budget. This is not a Capital Project Budget-it's Human Side of State Government that contributes to NYS' motion every day. I happened to have my tenureship in NYS Legislature as the Employer-but Women who are employed by NYS in other State Agencies are also at the Mercy of waiting for NYS to Pass Women's Equality-so it exists finally in State Code.

What the Governor has done by not addressing my Public Notice to him as a fellow Public Officer in Great State Standing-is to protect NYS's interests as an Employer like a Citation or Proclamation-one of those things-lovely to look at and hang up-but does not have the Legislative Teeth to issue Women Equality of Earnings. Although the Governor has done this-NYS MUST-take the Necessary Steps as the Employer to review Employee's File, supported by Evidence and State Actuary Findings-issue Corrective Earnings to Women who he stated in his 2014 State Budget Address and Passage thereof-the Civil aspects of Acknowledgement for NYS's wrong doing as an Employer. Women within Public Service on this New Year's Eve 2020-deserve their Recognition in the Governor by Executive Order-following through on his well-publicized and NYS Budget Passed intent to issue "Corrective Earnings to Our Female Employees' Entitled". I'm one of them-I have put NYS as the Employer on Notice, Provided Evidence of such and it's been 7 years that Maryann Maltese is not actively in State Service although I can be-there is nothing preventing me from Reentering State Service at any point-even after I may fully retire. Inactive Service is similar to taking a Maternity or Paternity Leave "WITHOUT PAY"-this is why NYS must adhere to my Public Notice that I'm seeking my 'Corrective Earnings" effective immediately.

That public announcement within in the Governor's State of State Speech (which is the direction NYS choose to focus it's direction on-which the Legislature Voted on in the 2014 State Budget) but has yet to follow through. No Employer in the State of NY is permitted to treat their Employees this way-those Employees file Lawsuits-whereas State Legislative Employees MUST ask the Legislature to introduce the Legislation to correct the earnings. It's not unethical-it's State Business-just like today is a day of State Business-and Executive Order's can be implemented to end 2020 in the best light. Governor Cuomo has been making Executive Order New Business declarations all week long-wouldn't it be in Women's Best Interests-those of us who are in the Workforce be considered (and consideration is love and a form of contract) for New York State to enact the Corrective Legislative Language REQUIRED to demonstrate their 'Love" or " Recognition of the Works Women in Public Service have already provided to NYS?! NYS as the Employer-must adhere-there is no option for them.

Proactive Steps for today from fellow Women's Earnings Supporters take a moment to print out or post Suffrage Support Items in your windows or your Social Media so the Governor of NYS-get's the message that NYS considers and again; consideration in legal terms means Love-or follow through in Issuance Aspects of Women's Earnings Equality. Then Women; once in control of what they should be earnings-we have control over our Lives-and the hourly wages we should be paid.

Today Governor Andrew Cuomo is great day to issue my retroactive earnings under Maryann Maltese Equality of Earnings Law before the end of 2020-which sheds the Light on Women's Rights at it's fullest need.
