NYS Public Service Women of the Shield-where is our Justice?

Today; NYS Legislative Session states their Coming to an end; the Earnings Equality Law-is it under the Million Dollar Capitol Staircase or.

As NYS Legislature's schedule seems to indicate; State Session draws to a close today; multiple items have not been resolved. NYS Legislature, has continued to intentionally deny NYS Employee Rights to Maryann Maltese; as representative of State Public Service Employees; Women who while in active service were subjected to Sexual Assault, Sexual Harassment Tactics and Discriminatory Based Earnings-issuances of Earnings 2x less than Males in the Same Duty. NYS Public Service Laws are clear on the importance of Servants to receive the same Hourly Wage for work performances and titles held-however, from 1991, 1994-2013; NYS Legislature as the Employer, intentionally issued discriminatory based earnings contracts to Maryann Maltese as her employment roles increased in demand; her annual Salary unethically and intentionally did not-that too; is a form of Employer Sexual Harassment and Employer Abuse. Why; Because within Maryann Maltese's service years; Maryann has been vocal advocating for change within while serving.

In 1991; Maryann as a Session Intern; within her Academic course requirements; her Mentor; and Professor Alan Hevesi, who also held NYS Assembly Title; Sexually Assaulted Maryann inside the Legislative Office Building. Maryann was not silent; Maryann reported it; but NYS Leadership then; denied Maryann her rights because the Leadership did not report the Matter to Albany Police! Hevesi accused Maltese as a Student Intern of Plagiarism; terrorized her into believing she would be suspended from her UFT Scholarship, her Internship within the Field of Political Sciences and that I was a Fraud. Imagine that at age 20! Beyond the comments; Hevesi then; proceeded to Kiss and Fondle Maryann without her Permission. 2 weeks later; a Republican Member of the NYS Legislature Daniel Frisa; additionally kissed and fondled Maryann, inside an Establishment (Brazen) stating-No one will know-and at that particular point in time; Frisa was right-why ? Because the Leadership once again-failed to report. These 2 Legislators were friendly inside the Legislature and outside the Legislature and their Method is known as Predatory Intentional Employer Assault.

In 1994, I reentered NYS Legislature, as a Full time employee, because No Predator was permitted to deter me intentionally from my Scholarly pursuit; and I advanced within my Service. NYS at the Present time has chosen not to move on my Employee required Legislation to correct my employment files for my Tenured Full time service; that once again is an Employer Violation. Today, The bill to extend Statutory Rape Limitations is on the table before Governor Andrew Cuomo to a 20 year look back. Unfortunately-that bill before NYS Legislature once again; doesn't cover Maryann Maltese's date of offense; in essence; NYS as the Employer is avoiding resolving the matter and they have brushed it under the Million Dollar Capitol Staircase in Albany.

As a result of this years 2021 State Policy Makers; which includes (Assemblyman Keith Brown, Senator James Gaughran and others) Members have not followed through on State Policy required Bill introductions for Fellow NYS Public Servants Victims. As a result of intentional stalling tactics; I have filled a Lawsuit against NYS Legislature and Hon. Governor Andrew Cuomo with the State Court of Claims. Public Notice requirements for Employer-Employee matters are to managed within 30 days; it's 18 months notice and this is what we consider the highest form of Employer Fault to be managed-not ignored. Each and every step required by Maryann, as the Employee was followed and adhered too-that's why today; cause for Comments to your State Representatives are needed.

Take a good look at what legislations have been signed this 2021 Legislative year and make your own assessments. Laws granting Felons within NYS Public Service are receiving their Annual retirements and pensions. It is reported; that Alan Hevesi-has been collecting his State Retirement since 2006; whereas Maryann Maltese, a Female State Legislative Employee and one of the Victims; is not severed, or reinstated, or legislation introduced for Public Servants. JCOPEs within Ethics Commissions have been filed-it's important next round of Statewide Elections of 2022 to collect petition signatures as most likely; I again, will not be the Party Candidate-but I will be looking to unseat One of them; NYS Legislature. Under no reasoning; should an acknowledged victims be without rightful Legislation introductions.

Today; reach out to your State Elected's by email or phone registering your support to amend state statutory limitations from 20 year extender time frame to 50 year extender time frames..why Because inside the Legislature; acknowledged Sexual Predator began his career in 1971.
