Obituary: John ​Delehanty, 56, Of East Northport

John Delehanty, 56, of East Northport, died suddenly on December 13, 2018.

Beloved husband of Cynthia. Dear father of Alyssa Lichten, Shannon Lichten, Kayleigh Delehanty and Sean Delehanty.

Cherished grandfather of Grace. Memorial Visitation Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at M.A. Connell Funeral Home, 934 New York Ave., Huntington Station.

Religious services will be held Wednesday evening at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations made to: Wounded Warrior Project www.woundedwarriorproject.org in John’s name would be greatly appreciated.

Delehanty was killed after his pickup truck crashed into trees on the Northern State Parkway on Thursday.
