CENTERPORT, NY — Santa and his helpers from the Centerport Fire Department spread holiday greetings to the community this past weekend, according to public information officer Steve Silverman.

Santa's sled was escorted through the streets of Centerport by local fire engines. Santa brought big smiles to the neighborhood children who were eagerly awaiting his visit. The volunteers of the Centerport Fire Department wished all residents a very happy and safe holiday season.
