Commercial Building Catches Fire On Sunken Meadow Golf Course
A small building went ablaze on the golf course Friday morning. See photos of the fire inside the story.
FORT SALONGA, NY — A structure on Sunken Meadow Golf Course in Fort Salonga went up in flames on Friday morning.
A photo posted at 9:36 a.m. by LI Fire Buff showed a small building engulfed by a fire with heavy smoke rising from it.

The fire broke out at a commercial building, according to Northport Fire Dept. Hook & Ladder Co. 1. Northport firefighters helped the Kings Park Fire Department with the fire.

This morning the crew from Tower Ladder 297 assisted the Kings Park Fire Department at a commercial structure fire on the Sunken Meadow golf course property. Good job by all involved!
