Summerfest Concerts Now On Wednesday Nights: Info

NORTHPORT, NY — Northport's Summerfest returns for 2019, but the concerts will be held on Wednesday nights, the Northport Chamber of Commerce announced.

Per the flyer, Summerfest will take place at the Robert W. Krueger Bandshell in Northport Village Park overlooking the harbor. Each concert is scheduled to start at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesdays. Here are the listed acts:

• August 7: Liverpool Shuffle (a Beatles cover band)
• August 14: Chaser (Smooth jazz with R&B overtones)
• August 21: Little Wilson Band (Funky rock & soul with a little bit of roll)
• August 28: Milagro (The Groove of Rhythm, the Magic of Santana)

Residents are advised to bring a blanket, lawn chair, or anchor their boats.
