Vacant East Northport Taco Bell Building For Sale

The property has been vacant since 2006.

A Long Island investment properties firm has been retained to sell the property of a former Taco Bell restaurant in East Northport that has been vacant since 2006.

The empty building, located at 336 Larkfield Road, offers 1,400 square-feet of retail space on 0.35 acres of land with 32 parking spaces and drive-through features. The asking price for the former Taco Bell is $599,000.

The property last sold for $1.5 million in 2008, two years after the restaurant closed, public records say.

According to American Investment Properties Inc. (AIP), Larkfield Road is a popular roadway that provides access to East Northport, Northport and Fort Salonga.

AIP President Ron Koenigsberg said the property is being widely marketed to potential users, real estate owners and investors. “This property has drawn attention from a number of potential users who might want to fit into that box,” he said in a press release.

The property was previously owned by Woodmere developer Allan Rosenberg’s Alrose Group LLC. Edgewood gained the property in September, three years after foreclosure proceedings were initiated.
