Women's NYS Public Service Employment Equality or the Guillotine?
NYS Earnings Equality is ineffective-what can be done? Guillotine AKA the Pillories. Who is the Prisoner; Cuomo or the Women of NYS Service

Governor Andrew Cuomo and Local State Legislators of the NYS Senate and NYS Assembly! Maryann Maltese is an announced candidate for Statewide Races in 2022- we're waiting on the new State Election District Lines and Map of State Assembly and State Senate Seats. Every 2 years; NYS Legislature is up for re-election and for the past 6 years; NYS Legislature seems to believe that their Employer Rights under various NYS Laws is Superior; over Employee As of RIGHTS within Tenure of Public Service; within Protections Mothered in Under State Family Leave Act and Existing NYS Public Service Officer Laws. NYS Legislature as the Employer is incorrect and in serious violation. Additionally while on Leave and left in Unpaid leave status; NYS enacted Women's Earnings Equality of 2019; but within its Obligation as an Employer; has not issued Back earnings for Employees impacted; including Maryann Maltese.
A good Question to ask is why did the NYS Legislature leave such an important Law with the Procedural Processes within Earnings Equality aka 2019 Women's Earnings Law signed by Governor Cuomo? The 2019 Law-did not include; TIME frames of Compliance to Follow; permitting themselves abusive sovereignty. There's patience within service; and then there's blatant stupidity by Leaders. The recent full implementation of NYS Minimum wage law that increased certain professions to $15.00 per hour; has a built in requirement for Employers to abide by; but State Equality of Earnings-intentionally does not-granting NYS as the Employer; to be the worse Employer Abuser. This is why their Employer As of Rights are inaccurate. Error can occur; and this is why; Retroactive Corrective earnings must occur; before Full retirement-more than reasonable wait time; is additional Employer Violation.
Maryann Maltese; after 19 years of non-stop NYS Public Service; was approved for Unpaid Leave in 2013; and was never REINSTATED within Service! This is an Employer Violation because; the NYS Public Service Laws alone require the Employer-who is that again; OH Andrew Cuomo at the Helm of the NYS; to either REINSTATE and/or Provide SEVERANCE to Tenured Employees. Its unjustified in both Employment Scenarios to Permit the Employee to remain in. LIMBO employment status. At the time on Entry into Service; a Promise is provided from NYS to the Employee for agreeing to work for Charitable State Earnings (not slaughter-like those Criminals of the State at the Makamah Guillotine/Pillories during Revolutionary and CIVIL WAR times) and in exchange for Employee Service-taking the State Oath; NYS as the Employer promises to provide Public Servants with their Employee Benefits. Part of that Benefit Package is to review the Employee file and if the Employer provided Discriminatory Based Earnings; and the way that is determined in NYS is to Cross reference Duty of Service amongst Fellows and what level of Earnings were issued to Each/Universal.

The Governor and NYS Legislature; as the Prior Employer is out of Line; and the Symbolization of the Makamah Guillotine/Pillories reminds me when State Officials; Lynched women for speaking out before we had Federal and State Rights. The Problem here is; Maryann Maltese; is One of these Staff Member Policy Makers that Performed her DUTY; and is without Required Severance or State Pension for the last 6 Years-that's unheard of in State Service. It's unbelievable that Governor Andrew Cuomo; consistently and persistently advocates for Women and those within the Protective Classes; but in the last 18 months; has not included Maryann Maltese within the 2021 State Budget Corrective Earnings of 660 Million-NYS just administered to Other NYS. Public Servants; intentionally excluding Maryann Maltese!
If anyone else in the Community has other historical Pictures of the Makamah Guillotine/Pillories; please post them and share the story behind them. If anyone in the near future would like to take additional; present day Photos with Maryann Maltese at the Guillotine/Pillories; perhaps then; the Governor and Members of the NYS 2021 State Legislature will get a "Visual" Message of how it is to live without Required Employee Pension and Benefits. In my 19 years of carrying the State Torch/Defending the State Shield of Employment; I never-permitted any Accountable Staff Member from falling through the CRACKS-lying lifeless in the Guillotine/Pillories-as this Present Administration has done intentionally to me-without Employer Cause! Maryann Maltese for the Last Decade; holds Top Communications rank Statewide at 74%; Voter Turnout in both the Senate and Assembly-there's absolutely not justification for this. Women's Rights of Earnings Equality within State Service is still in the Guillotine/Pillories; until Abusers Move forward.

Join me today; in once again-reminding NYS that they have not followed through on Retroactive Corrective Earnings and Creation of the Procedural Processes within the. 2019 State Equality Law for Employee Victims of Discrimination. Yesterday; NYS reopened the State of NY; by officially removing the State of Emergency Protocols; that Means the Guillotine/Pillories sprung open. So Governor; Where is my Employee-Employer Justice; on behalf of Women of NYS? Is Cuomo serious seeking another Term as NYS Governor? Why?
