WOW HOUSE: Rosie O'Donnell To Sell $11M Nyack Compound
You could buy just one of the five houses if you don't want them all.
SOUTH NYACK, NY — Rosie O'Donnell is putting her South Nyack compound on the market. Ellis Sotheby's International Realty has the $10.8 million listing.
It's not the first time she has put the compound, which has five properties, on the market — she did so in 2014.
The houses could also be bought separately. The main house is at 1 Gesner Ave., and could be purchased for $5.3 million, the New York Post reports. Built in 1906, it last sold for $2.9 million in 2002, according to realtor.com. The Dutch Colonial has 7,092 square feet, 7 beds, 5 full and 4 half baths with a lot size of 0.96 acres. The listing agent is Hamid Moghadam.
