SOUTH NYACK, NY — Rosie O'Donnell just sold her Hudson riverfront residence at 1 Gesner Ave. in South Nyack, NY for $5.1 million. The listing agent was Hamid Moghadam with Ellis Sotheby’s International Realty.

The main house at 1 Gesner Avenue, which originally listed for $5.3 million, had served as Rosie’s primary residence. Also in the compound are four houses with addresses at 1 Washington Ave., 2 Washington Ave., 4 Washington Ave. and 5 Washington Ave. in South Nyack.

They're all on the market. A sale is pending on 4 Washington Ave., according to Ellis Sotheby's.
