Fruits and vegetables can be eaten raw, cooked, fried or blended, they can be eaten mixed into a dish or by themselves, and still have the same positive effect on your body and health. They are also very affordable. There is an idea that healthier foods are more expensive but, when it comes to raw fruits and vegetables, they are one of the most convenient, affordable foods.

Finally, fruits and vegetables can help lower the risk of many serious illness and chronic health conditions. Incorporating more fruits in your diet can help prevent conditions like, heart disease, diabetes, stroke, obesity and many more.
