YMCA of Long Island Holds Active Older Adults Day

YMCA of Long Island recently held Active Older Adults Day, an event where adults participated in various physical activities which highlighted the importance of staying active and healthy. The classes ranged from Total Body Conditioning to Aqua Power, giving participants the skills to develop healthy habits and maintain a healthier lifestyle while still having fun.
