O.J. Anderson was traded into the NY Giants in the middle of the 1986 season, landing him a spot with the winning team in Super Bowl XXI. Anderson not only earned a Super Bowl ring for the team’s big win, but also scored a touchdown in the game. Anderson was also named MVP in Super Bowl XXV in 1991 against the Buffalo Bills and was selected for the Pro Bowl twice. Anderson was given the PFW/PFWA Comeback Player of the Year award in 1989 and soon after, retired from the NFL in 1992.
