LI Crash Injures 3, Including A Police Officer En Route To A Call
A patrol car driven by an officer responding to a 911 call about a person not breathing collided with another car, Nassau police said.
OYSTER BAY, NY — Three people were injured in a car crash when a patrol car driven by a police officer responding to a call for a man who was not breathing collided with another vehicle in Oyster Bay on Saturday, Nassau County police said.
The crash took place about 10 a.m. at South Street and Pine Hollow Road, according to a police spokesman. The three people, including the police officer, were transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, police said. No further information was available.
