Locust Valley Man Exposed Himself Twice At Park: Police

Breaking: Two 19-year-olds and a 39-year-old reported his behavior twice last week, Nassau police said.

BAYVILLE, NY — A Locust Valley man was seen exposing himself on two separate occasions last week at Center Island Park in Bayville, Nassau County police said.

Ronald Zembko, 72, of 43 Birch Street, was was seen by two 19-year-old men on Jan. 2, 2021, and was “purposely exposed while touching himself” inside his parked car at Center Island Park, according to a news release. Detectives determined Zembko was also responsible for a previous incident on Dec. 28, 2020, where he exposed himself to a 39-year-old man at the park, police said.

Zembko is charged with two counts of public lewdness, a misdemeanor, and was issued an appearance ticket returnable to First District Court in Hempstead on Jan. 22, 2021.
