Long Island’s Chilly First-Week-Of-Spring Forecast
The calendar may say it's spring now, but you wouldn't know that based on the 7-day forecast. Here are the latest details.

The first day of spring on Long Island is off to decent start, but it's really not going to feel like spring every day this week.
Monday is expected to hit a high of 49 degrees, according to the National Weather Service. On other days this week, temperatures may plummet to the low 30s during the day and the high teens at night.
The good news is there is no snow in the 7-day forecast, but residents should be prepared for rain.
