The Missing Persons Squad reports the details of a Missing Juvenile that occurred on Monday, April 5, 2021 at 12:52 a.m. in Syosset and was reported to Police on Monday, April 5, 2021 at 3:04 a.m.

According to Detectives, Yaselis Feliz Castillo, 15, was last seen leaving the Mercy First Facility by a staff member. She is described as a female Hispanic, 5’6” tall, 140 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a dark jacket and white sneakers. Her possible destination is the Bronx.

Detectives request anyone with information regarding the above missing juvenile to contact the Missing persons Squad at 516-573-7347 or call 911. All callers will remain anonymous.
