Obituary: Elizabeth Reading Johnson, 97, Of Oyster Bay

Elizabeth Reading Johnson, of Oyster Bay, passed away peacefully on Sunday morning, Sept. 10, at home at age 97.

She is survived by her cousin Elizabeth M. Spence, her great nephew John Reading and her great niece Rhea Reading, as well as several other nieces and nephews. She was born in Newburgh, N.Y. and moved to Oyster Bay as a child.

She was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Oyster Bay and the Life Enrichment Center of Oyster Bay.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
