Woodbury Realtor Veteran Mara Navaretta Receives Town of Oyster Proclamation During Homes By Mara New HQ Grand Opening

Woodbury, NY/ Syosset, NY; May 15, 2017 – Long Island Realtor Veteran Mara Navaretta of Woodbury and her Husband John Navaretta, CEO and General Counsel of Homes By Mara and Co-Partner of real estate law firm Navaretta & Howard LLP, were recently joined by Town of Oyster Bay Councilwoman Rebecca Alesia, Nassau County Judge Rhonda Erin Fischer (10th Judicial District), and Syosset Woodbury Chamber of Commerce President Charo Ezdrin for the grand opening of the newly expanded headquarters of Mara Navaretta’s entrepreneur boutique real estate agency, Homes By Mara Realty in Syosset. Commemorating the grand opening of the new headquarters, located at the former Angelina II Cuisine Restaurant, while also celebrating its doubled size, growth and operations in just six years’ time was a special ribbon cutting ceremony, a blessing of the new headquarters was led by Deacon Ray D'Alessio of St. Paul The Apostle in Brookville, who the Navaretta’s knew while he was with St. Edwards The Confessor Church in Syosset. During the festivities, Mara Navaretta received a special Town of Oyster Bay proclamation from Councilwoman Alesia recognizing her positive business impact, growth and accomplishments. Guests in attendance enjoyed music performed by Syosset High School and Syosset Middle School brothers Cameron, Charlie and Christopher Zandieh as they played the violin, cello and piano, respectively
Councilwoman Alesia says that the success of Navaretta and her Homes By Mara Realty is a testament to the power of their personal service and commitment to constantly evolving their service strategies. “Mara and her agency are true leaders in the real estate field and I congratulate them on the grand opening of their new headquarters in Syosset,” explains Councilwoman Alesia. “Mara possesses great passion and integrity; both of her professional and personal undertakings have made a great impact on our community. As part of Navaretta and her agency’s longstanding platform in supporting charities that include regularly contributing to nonprofit Children’s Brain Tumor Foundation (CBTF), Navaretta surprised CBTF during the grand opening event with a $1,500 check donation that she presented to CBTF Quality of Life Program and Marketing Coordinator Kayla Giacin along with CBTF Representatives Bonnie and Fred Adlman. This donation was a result of a percentage of sales collected from purchased that were include in Homes By Mara’s vendor book was given out at Homes By Mara’s grand opening dinner reception on Thursday, April 27. Homes By Mara raised an additional $500 benefiting CBTF via a silent auction it held during the dinner reception. Navaretta’s and Homes By Mara’s support of CBTF is indicative of a number of charitable initiatives that they have made since the agency opened its doors in 2010, which include coat and toy drives as well as participation in events led by nonprofit The Ashley Wade Foundation.
