4 Accused Of Crack Distribution Conspiracy Around Peekskill
Each faces a maximum term of life in prison and a mandatory minimum term of 10 years.
PEEKSKILL, NY — Four men accused of dealing crack cocaine around Peekskill have been indicted on federal charges.
Audrey Strauss, Acting United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, made the announcement Tuesday along with William F. Sweeney Jr., Assistant Director-in-Charge of the New York Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Don Halmy, Chief of the Peekskill Police Department, and Thomas Gleason, Commissioner of the Westchester County Department of Public Safety.
Jordan Campbell, a/k/a “Jayoh,” Derrick Dickey, a/k/a “D,” Terrance Patterson, a/k/a “Cupid,” a/k/a “Q,” and Johnnie Thomas, a/k/a “Country,” were taken into custody Tuesday.

Prosecutors alleged in the indictment, which was unsealed in White Plains federal court Tuesday, that the four conspired to distribute at least 280 grams or more of crack cocaine between March 2020 and August 2020.
The case was assigned to U.S. District Judge Kenneth M. Karas.

Strauss praised the investigative work of the FBI’s Westchester County Safe Streets Task Force – which comprises agents and detectives from the FBI, Yonkers Police Department, Westchester County District Attorney’s Office, WCDPS, PPD, Putnam County Sheriff, Mount Vernon Police Department, NYPD, Greenburgh Police Department, New Rochelle Police Department, Ramapo Police Department, and U.S. Probation.
