Here are the cancellations announced Wednesday:

  • Cortlandt Town Hall will be on a two-hour delayed opening Thursday, Feb. 13.
  • Peekskill City Hall will also be on a two-hour delay Thursday
  • Lakeland, Hendrick Hudson and Peekskill schools are closed
