Cortlandt Residents Fight Plan For Ex-Hudson Institute Site

Residents have filed a lawsuit to stop a Cortlandt Zoning Board of Appeals decision, according to The Westchester County Business Journal.

CORTLANDT, NY - A group of residents is fighting to stop a proposed hospital for substance abuse at the former Hudson Institute site, according to The Westchester County Business Journal.

The fight includes a lawsuit seeking to overturn a Cortlandt Zoning Board of Appeals decision granted in favor of the proposal by Hudson Ridge Wellness Center Inc., the publication added.

Opponents have formed a group called Citizens For Responsible Hudson Institute Site Development, whose Facebook page can be found here.
