Hendrick Hudson Schools Calendar Is Available
Here are the no-school days for the HenHud school district.
Sept. 6, the day school opens in the Hendrick Hudson School District, is coming up fast. This year, the district was able to restore the traditional February and Spring Holiday recess weeks.
Here are other important dates in the 2016-17 calendar.
Rosh Hashanah (school closed): Oct. 3, 4
Columbus Day and Yom Kippur (school closed): Oct. 10-12
Election Day (No school for students, but parent/teacher conferences): Nov. 8
Veterans Day (school closed): Nov. 11
Thanksgiving (school closed): Nov. 24, 25
Holiday recess (school closed): Starts Dec. 26, and school resumes Jan. 3
Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday (school closed): Jan. 16
Winter Recess (school closed): Feb. 20 - 24
Holiday recess (school closed): April 10 - 14
